Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We use fixed shipping rates for your convenience. Get your product wherever you are in the world for only $10 regardless of how much you order. In addition, all orders with an order value of over $100 get FREE SHIPPING.

When will I receive my order?

Since all our orders are made to order, our processing times are 2-7 business days. Then add shipping times on top of that. In general, shipping times are as follows:

  • USA: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 4-8 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5-20 business days

Example: A shipment to France (i.e. Europe) could take 7-17 business days to arrive.

Is my shipment trackable?

All shipments to and within the US and EU are trackable. For the rest of the world, tracking is available on some orders depending on size and weight of the shipment, but we cannot assure it as that would greatly increase shipping costs. If you absolutely need tracking, please contact us before placing your order.

Can I have some items in my order delivered to another address?

No, orders placed in our webshop can only have one delivery address per order. If you require delivery to more than one address, then we must ask that you submit separate orders for each delivery.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?

If your order should have been delivered by now, taking into consideration our processing and delivery times please contact us so that we can look into the matter. For some international orders, shipments can be delayed by customs. In some cases, the shipment will be waiting for you at your local post office, please check with them if the order status is marked as "Delivered" and you haven't received the shipment.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition & have tags or labels attached. Contact us before making a return.
