We use fixed shipping rates for your convenience. For US/EU/CA orders shipping is only $4.99. For the rest of the world it's just $8.99. These rates apply regardless of how many items you order. In addition, all orders with an order value of over $60 qualify for free shipping.
If your order should have been delivered by now, taking into consideration our processing and delivery times please contact us so that we can look into the matter.
For some international orders, shipments can be delayed by customs.
In some cases, the shipment will be waiting for you at your local post office, please check with them if the order status is marked as "Delivered" and you haven't received the shipment.
Please also ensure that you have given the correct address for your order. We can not take responsibility for a wrong address and if the order needs to reship to a new address we will have to charge a reshipment fee to cover our shipping costs.
You are responsible for paying any duties, import fees or taxes charged by your local government; however, for the majority of our customers, no duties, import fees or local taxes are charged. For further information about any additional fees which may be charged by your country, please contact your country's customs office. Refunds will not be provided where your failure to pay such fees results in the product not being delivered.
We can also not mark shipments as gifts or in any way lie on the customs forms as this is illegal and may hurt our business.
Yes. Our return policy is 14 days from the moment you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging. For paper products there can be no creases, pinholes or marks
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Trackable shipping must be used. Shipping costs
are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We need pictures of the damaged items with at least one picture showing the shipping label. We will of course replace any damaged shipment caused by mishandling by the courier.
