Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no threshold, no math. The price you see is the price you pay.
Everything is made to order, just for you, so each item is printed fresh before it ships. That means two stages: a little time to make it, then transit to your door.
How long it takes
Making it: 2–6 business days to print and pack.
Getting it to you (after it ships):
- USA: 4–8 business days
- Canada: 4–9 business days
- UK: 5–10 business days
- EU: 5–12 business days
So most orders land within about 1–2.5 weeks start to finish. Busy periods and customs can add a few days.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. If your country isn't at checkout, we can't ship there yet.
Duties and import fees
For most customers, there's nothing extra to pay. Orders to Canada have duties prepaid, so no surprise bills at the door. In rare cases a local customs office may charge an import fee; that's set by your government, not us, and it's the customer's responsibility. If a package is refused or returned because a customs fee went unpaid, we can't refund it.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If the tracking says delivered and you don't have it, check with your local post office first, then get in touch and we'll help track it down.
Returns & Replacements
Because everything is printed to order, we handle returns a little differently than a warehouse store, and honestly, better in the cases that matter most. Here's the straight version.
If something's wrong, we fix it. Fast.
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, that's on us. Email contact@mongolife.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. You usually won't even need to ship anything back.
Wrong size? Let's sort it.
Sizing happens. If your fit isn't right, get in touch within 30 days and we'll help you exchange it for the size you need. Check the size chart on the product page before you order, it's the fastest way to get it right the first time. (Return shipping on exchanges is covered by the customer unless we sent the wrong thing.)
Changed your mind?
You can return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Because it was made just for you, we ask that you contact us first so we can walk you through it. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping (which was free) isn't refundable. EU customers: your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal always applies, on top of this.
The fine print
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with any tags attached. For paper goods (posters, stickers): no creases, folds, or marks.
- Contact us before sending anything back, unsolicited returns can't be processed.
- A few things can't be returned: gift cards, and final-sale items.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and checked the item. Your bank may take a few days to post it.
Short version: if we messed up, we'll make it right, no hassle. If it's a size or a change of heart, we've got you, we just need a quick message first.
