Shipping & Returns

Please read this page before ordering to find what applies to your order.

Your products are made to order. It takes about 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products and 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that

Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) is available as an upgrade for U.S customers.

Shipping methods

For U.S. orders either USPS Priority Mail, USPS ParcelSelect or FedEx SmartPost will be used depending on the size of the parcel and the destination.

International orders are shipped with USPS and your national post service.

Tracking

Tracking is included in all U.S. and Canadian orders. International tracking depends on shipping cost and destination country and can not be guaranteed. If you need tracking for an international destination, please contact us before making an order.

Order never arrived

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know as soon as possible.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us through our contact page noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

Duties, import fees and local taxes

You are responsible for paying any duties, import fees or taxes charged by your local government; however, for the majority of our customers, no duties, import fees or local taxes are charged. For further information about any additional fees which may be charged by your country, please contact your country's customs office. Refunds will not be provided where your failure to pay such fees results in the product not being delivered.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For paper products there can be no creases, pinholes or marks showing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 2 weeks after delivery

Damaged shipments

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

Wrong size

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Trackable shipping must be used. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
