4. Place a fluorescent light 13-15cm (5-6 inches) away from the pots to encourage growth. Keep the soil damp but not soaking wet.

1. Place a damp kitchen towel on a flat surface, place your seeds a few centimeters apart, and cover with another damp towel.
2. When roots reach 2-3mm, move seeds to soil pots carefully.
3. Place a fluorescent light 13-15cm (5-6 inches) away from the pots to encourage growth. Keep the soil damp but not soaking wet.
4. Expect sprouts within a week.
