Please note that shipping & handling is not refundable unless there has been an error on our side or with the delivery courier. All gift cards, underwear, body jewelry, and items on sale may not be returned for a refund or exchange. If non-returnable merchandise is shipped back to us, we may need to charge your original payment method to ship your item(s) back to you.
Please get in touch with us before initiating any returns or exchanges to make sure your return is eligible and so that we can help you with shipping labels based on your country.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to returns and exchanges (unless related to a damaged or wrong item). We advise that you use a shipping service that includes tracking for your protection. In that case, we can verify that the item has been returned or in case it gets lost in transit. Mongolife.com is not responsible for packages lost during shipping.
It may take 1-2 weeks to process your request from the date we receive your return or exchange.
If you want to initiate an exchange, contact us first. If your exchange is eligible, customer service will advise you to make a new order for the item you want to exchange while you are returning your original purchase. When we have received your item back, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, shipping and handling is not refundable.
Incorrect or damaged merchandise
